How Does Hot Water Extraction Rug Treatment Work?
For most types of rugs, hot water extraction, also known as deep steam cleaning, provides excellent results.
A high-temperature solution of water and cleaning detergent is sprayed onto the rug and simultaneously extracted by a powerful suction attachment.
This method of rug cleaning does not leave the rug soaking wet, making it suitable for use in commercial properties, offices, hotels, etc. The NCCA and IICRC, as well as manufacturers, have endorsed this method as superior to other deep treatments for textile flooring.

The service can only be booked in conjunction with the rug cleaning service and consists of three steps:
The technician will spray an antiviral detergent that is EN1276 CERTIFIED on your sofa or mattress prior to performing the actual steam cleaning process. This detergent is safe to use on any wet-cleanable surface.
A special agitation technique is used by the upholstery cleaning technician in order to ensure that the antiviral detergents are able to penetrate even deeper into your furniture or mattress.
After the detergent has been applied, 99.999% of all bacteria and viruses in your upholstery will be eliminated, and the technician will proceed with steam cleaning.
